KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will help your Store Manager to:

Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.

Organising, overseeing and performing stocktakes.

Daily Cashing up.

Holding of keys, opening & closing of store.

Meeting all KPIs/targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).

Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.

Reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Refunds and Exchanges.

Liaising and following instructions from Directors and Head Office.
